DALLAS, TX – September 1, 2020 – Ultara Holdings, Inc., is pleased to announce the formation and launch of a new stand-alone company within the GeoShack, Inc. family, Total Positioning Solutions (TPS). 

Total Positioning Solutions will recruit a team of specialists to distribute Topcon and Sokkia branded Robotic Total Stations, GNSS, and Scanners to the BIM, Vertical, MEP, and Concrete Layout sectors of the construction business across the GeoShack footprint. This new company reaffirms Ultara’s commitment to invest resources in search of incremental sales opportunities.

TPS will be led by Mr. Chad Long, an industry and GeoShack veteran.  “As we prepare for the next growth phase, Chad’s experience, technical skills, sales ability, marketing vision and business acumen make him the right person to lead this new business venture for us.” stated Mr. Scott Beathard, President and CEO of Ultara Holdings.
