TPS strives to provide a competitive pay structure that includes opportunities to earn more through bonuses and/or commission based on the employee’s efforts. Employees in many of our positions receive mobile devices such as cell phones, iPad and/or laptop computers based on the need of the job. A vehicle allowance is also provided to all outside sales specialists.
